Jessica was amazing. Good customer service.
Went there to return some computer equipment to my employer. Employer paid shipping. My employer even had instructions on what to do for me and UPS. This was my first time ever returning sending anything via UPS and WOW this will be my last. The incompetence of the employee working the front desk. I handed him the instructions from my company. All he had to do was type in the account number and TA - DA. But sadly common sense is not common. Thank you Fed Ex for taking care of me even when you were busy. UPS is the worst.
Staff is excellent, very well trained and efficient. Wait time is always short even though they are busy!
