*** is such a fraudulent shipper, looted one of my package which contains more than $500 worth of household items. I shipped 4 packages while relocating to a different location. One of the package was lost on the way and no one in *** could track it. Their website and customer care service is full of garbage, can't get any help out of it. Lastly, they paid $100 for the lost package, though I paid $50 for shipping itself and $500 worth of items in it.

My wife was assaulted by one of the employees while trying to ship a package. Police were involved and the owner refused to reales the video footage from the store.

This review is for the delivery experience I had. The door **** rang, when I opened up it was a *** delivery man holding a package. I opened the door, said hello and thank you and reached for the package. He told me he needed a signature from (my first name, attempted to say last name). I said that was me, and stated my name. He ruffled his eye brows and looked confused, he questioned "Really?" at which I responded with "Yes," stating my name again and pointed to the name printed on the mailbox. High value Package sent from this location (vehicle parts) with 2 day delivery to *********. 5 days later the package still cannot be found.. Last physical location for scanning was ******** ********. ******** care and loss prevention are being completely useless in finding the package. These are hard to find parts for a truck that is sub-contracted to run just-in-time *** loads. Dropped off workout monitor on 11/14 at 10am in the morning to be packaging and shipped UPS ground. Paid $120, $40 for packaging and the remainder for shipping. 2 days later, I discovered item still has not been shipped. I called the and asked about this and the associate I spoke to said the item is still there, has not been shipped and he is not able to help me. Called in to ask about their notary services and the guy hung up on me because I had questions on how that's done. You can't expect a customer to know how these things are done, it's not like it's an everyday thing. I own a business and my employee talks to my customers like that, that would be his last day at the job. Really rude personnel on the front end. whoever that was. (I think it was David).
