To whom it may concern: This customer did send his assistant in to our store and she did ship 40 tubes for $5000. I agree with that part of the complaint. However, she his assistant was told the price and had to sign off on each individual shipment. They shipped tubes which are considered and irregular items in our line of business, which means they have a surcharge on them as they are harder to handle because they are irregular.
