I cannot rave enough about WILLOW, an outstanding employee at the Mason Montgomery Rd UPS! I had a large Amazon return. Two of them said Whole Foods on it. I was so short on time and couldn’t fix it in my phone. Willow was off the charts sweet!!! In a matter of seconds she fixed it in my phone . I was so apologetic to her but she just kept SMILING and reassuring me it was no problem!!!!! Her kindness was so appreciated and she should be commended for the length she goes for customers!!! UPS is lucky to have her❣️
Denise was extremely patient and kind when notarizing our documents ensuring that we understood the shipping process and what were the best options for our documents to ship. Denise took her time even though she was by herself she was quick and efficient.
