I hate this location. The guy that owns I believe has 0 customer services, talks to people like they’re dumb, and is unpleasant to deal with something as simple as an Amazon return. Amazing that the return machine hasn’t worked for what, 3 months? No I don’t want to talk to you at the desk, it was a miserable interaction the first time. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I dropped off a packaged to be shipped. I already had a label printed. The employee working/manager at the location scanned it in and gave me my receipt. I dropped it on a Wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered Friday. Today (Monday), I look to see where it is and my tracking still states that it was dropped off at UPS store but not in transit. So frustrating to show up when store is supposed to open at 9 am and to find door locked and no one there.
I needed notary services so I looked up a location near me that could help. There were several places but I chose the UPS store thinking that a major chain would be the most reliable. I made an appointment online & received a confirmation email with the address (that matched where I expected). Upon arriving, about 5 minutes before my appointment, I was told that the notary had just left. I asked if they were returning because I had an appointment.
