If you want to experience the most miserable human on the planet, this is your chance. Every time I have gone in there for something, the old fella behind the counter is "cuddly as a cactus, as charming as an eel." It's almost worth going to experience his sullen interaction, like an animal at the zoo - completely disinterested in anything going on over the other side of the counter. You owe it yourself to experience this at least once - trust me!

The owner is so helpful, very quick to take care of sending packages. He is knowledgeable about how to send and the least expensive mode to send.
They deal with chaotic customers with Amazon madness. Thank you for being patient and taking all the returns.
The staff is so inconsiderate. They are very rude and not professional at all. There is a guy who answered my phone and does not even have any basic information for my query regarding one of my packages. This is so ridiculous!
