The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful when I did not have the correct information. He was able to guide me through it and everything worked out awesome. Only took a few minutes. I love this place quick and he just so knowledgeable very helpful

This older man that runs this store is the most unhappy miserable and unpleasant person consistently. He doesn’t interact has no customer service skills. He literally acts like he hates everyone . I have been in about 15 times each time he is as unfriendly, miserable and unfriendly as the last time. His face is that of complete darkness and hatred . I always smile and try to be very nice but he does not reciprocate. It’s truly sad and pathetic.

I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience at this UPS location was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. I’ve gone twice now and will find another location going further. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the location was messy and did not feel well-maintained. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve better.
