I was in store today around 12:00pm. I had 2 packages I was sending to Amazon. I requested tape from her she refused and said it cost us too much. I said respectfully the other guy lets me use the tape. She started shouting at me said I will call him right now. Picked up her cell phone started calling him. Whenever I go in there the husband is just very nice... the wife not so much. We will be taking our business elsewhere because of her. I'm done feeling disrespected.

Came in today at 2pm. I would give this location ten stars if I could, except for one employee. Nora and the rest of her team are top notch professionals who provide excellent service. Today I came in to pick up my packages after getting an email they were in ( I am a mailbox holder) and the clerk who was assisting me was giving me packages with my box number on them and someone else's name. Friendly and professional no wait time.
Not sure who the new owners are but the fat white girl with the glasses needs to do her job! Each time I wait in line to bring an already labeled packed in, she quickly snaps "you know there's a machine that you can return this package at...yada yada" My reply "I don't work here". Inserted a regular basic white envelope in a small basic bubble wrap going to Maui and UPS on Victory bl and Coldwater wanted to charge me $174.00 to mail. I thought that was a mistake, asked clerk again and yes, it was $174.00. Went to the post office next day because they close at 3:00 on Bellingham and Victory Bl, they charged me $8.00. To help you with your email to get a barcode, went up from .25 to $2.00 to $5.00. To save money, learn to do this yourself.
