This UPS store has been a great help to our business. We ship auction items out and a fair number of shipments which we don’t do ourselves are packed and shipped from this location. Their friendliness, professionalism, and care of our business and customers is immeasurable.

Worst delivery service in the world, delivery man stole my package and I couldn't reach any customer support because the are no humans, you only ever talk to robots who tell you they aren't to blame and to contact the person shipping it to you, not the shipping service. Absolutely no way UPS could be responsible or, I don't know, make their delivery people wear body cameras? I will never ship by UPS if at all possible.
