I’ll be going out of my way to the other location in Anderson. They were super rude when I visited here last week. No help with anything. They also always have a line and terrible parking lot and area to get out of.
Went to their store, couldn’t use their tape. If your store is down that bad, might be worth it to close up shop. Off to Fed Ex I go.
I wanted to say thank you again for helping me fix the issue with my returns. The couple who run this facility are very kind and patient!!
If I could give this location less than one star I would. The owners are unprofessional, rude and clueless to their business. Whenever I come in to pick up a pkg (once or twice a week or so) all of the other staff is friendly and accommodating and I am in and out. I honestly dread when I walk in and see the two owners, they always give me the hardest time to pick up a pkg. Today was the worst….They are listed as a UPS access point to use as a drop off location instead of leaving at my home since I am away from work often. Af... read more
