I went in with my MacBook and had no idea what I was doing and this young gentleman helped me clear out my MacBook which was beyond his job he was so patient with me and redoing my password and getting it ready to sell and it was very cheap to have them just package it for me and my package arrived very quickly to where it was going and packaged very well it saved me a lot of time and I appreciate the young man at this location very much I give them five stars and I would every time
Had a terrible experience trying to return an item here. Was refused to do the return even though customer service for the product I was returning insisted that there shouldn’t be anything wrong. They were very rude with me but nice to other patrons that walked in the store which felt very unwelcoming. I was never rude to them at all.
