Don’t waste your time go to a different location
Absolute, horrible customer service First of all, you couldn't understand what she was saying. And second of all, she was rude as hell and had absolutely no customer service at all, and then she wanted to be rude to me and I got rude right back. There is absolutely no reason to act like that. And you are supposed to help your customers They should shut that store down liars
I’ll be going out of my way to the other location in Anderson. They were super rude when I visited here last week. No help with anything. They also always have a line and terrible parking lot and area to get out of.
Went to their store, couldn’t use their tape. If your store is down that bad, might be worth it to close up shop. Off to Fed Ex I go.
