I called to find out what to do about a "2day air" package being only half way to its destination and its been 3 days. The woman told me she would get someone else and put me on hold. After 6 min i hung up and called back and I said "I think you forgot about me" to which she replied "we're really busy right now" and put me on hold for another 6 min. I just hung up. There was nothing about the store moving on their website…a little frustrating when we pulled into the parking lot to see that they had moved…and we had less than 30 minutes to get there…
