This is the second day in a row that they have "closed early due to the weather". Yesterday I get it. We just had a big snow storm, and we're in Pennsylvania so everyone forgets how to drive. The second day though makes zero sense. It's 4:40PM. The roads are perfectly drivable. Thank God I only need this place for Amazon returns. I've never been there and live almost a hour away and called Friday to get general information because I needed to ship a box and wanted to be prepared , the young girl who answered the phone couldn't give me any answers to my questions and a man in the background was talking over her doing the same , just rushing me off the phone and then told me her computer crashed and can't look up anything. I have had two experiences with this store. The first being on 12/19/2025. I arrived at 6:24 p.m., but the store was closed at 7. The store was dark, and a man was standing inside. Then on 12/20/2025, I didn't realize it closed at noon. I got there at 12:11. I checked my phone before seeing the sign. The door was locked, all the lights were on, the open sign was bright, and when I tugged on the door (this was before I saw it closed at noon) the two female workers ran into the back.
One of the best usp stores I have ever patronized, Paul is the best , they really go the extra mile !
