Walked up at 8:03 since they open at 8, waited till 8:10 and nothing, the second I walked away they turned the lights on and opened the doors. Then proceeded to talk in a condescending tone that they can't ship packages right now and to go to another store.
The Lady that works on Saturday mornings needs fired. She is extremely rude and locks the door early. This is not the first time either. I was just there on 3/28/26 for an Amazon return and she tells me and about 5 others to leave because she has “actual customers to deal with and she’s not staying late”. Completely unacceptable and after looking back on the reviews, this has been an issue for quite some time and it needs addressed. This is the second day in a row that they have "closed early due to the weather". Yesterday I get it. We just had a big snow storm, and we're in Pennsylvania so everyone forgets how to drive. The second day though makes zero sense. It's 4:40PM. The roads are perfectly drivable. Thank God I only need this place for Amazon returns. Unfortunately Amazon won't give me the option to return this item to Staples so I guess I'll just keep coming out of my way over and over until they decide they actually need to be open to make mone... read more
I've never been there and live almost a hour away and called Friday to get general information because I needed to ship a box and wanted to be prepared , the young girl who answered the phone couldn't give me any answers to my questions and a man in the background was talking over her doing the same , just rushing me off the phone and then told me her computer crashed and can't look up anything.
