Always fast, friendly service. Easy to send out packages or Amazon items. Business is clean.
Why is everyone who works at this UPS Store (esp on Saturday) have to be so mean and impatient? Sighing like the customer is such a bother. Sighing because it might take us old people a few more seconds to find the “code” on our phone! I’ve been in there so many times and have yet to meet someone waiting on me that’s not totally rude/disgusted! About? Their job? Their Life? Me and my fumbling nervously through my phone to get to the code they need? Idk. It doesn’t take a whole lot to be kind to someone. Try it sometime…
