For the past 3 years, UPS drivers take tgee easy out, keaving packages on front porch 25 ft from street and in full view of neighborhood. That's why delivery instructions CLEARLY say garage delivery since it's behind the house and not visible from the street. A supervisor came out a year ago and held his phone by the garage door to mark delivery location after multiple complaints Worked well for about 6 months, then back to old behavior. Ever since this place changed it’s got bad slow and small very horrible waiting for a package drop off
I had such a great experience thanks to Sarah at UPS. She was so nice, friendly, and welcoming — it really made my visit easy and stress-free. Honestly, the whole team here is always so helpful and kind every time I come in, and I really appreciate that. I also love that this location has extended hours — it makes it so much more convenient for me. Great customer service all around!
Had to have something notarized and Sarah from Boardman UPS stayed over after they were closed for us. So thankful! Nice new remodel of the store! Looks great!
