I have never had a bad experience at this UPS store. They are very helpful and the staff always great. When the store is very crowded they go out of their way to be efficient and pleasant to everyone. They are good representatives for UPS.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help!! no matter how crazy busy they are they take the time they’re always pleasant and smiling. I definitely will continue to use This location
23 April 2026 update: sent a check to cover cost. 12 Dec 2025 the store was suppose to pack two separate items, but switched a golf club and a lacrosse stick and shipped to the wrong people. Talked to Frank to send me a label to send the lacrosse stick back and get my golf club, but no response. I still have someone's lacrosse stick and someone has my golf club
