The workers here are always so pleasant and efficient. even when the store is busy they never miss a beat. I’m usually helped by Tekeira & she’s always incredibly kind & welcoming. I’m still learning how to ship things and can be a little awkward with it & while some places can be impatient, she always guides me calmly, never makes me feel like a burden & genuinely reassures me. Just finished a return at this facility. The staff were very efficient and friendly! There was a line and they moved through it quickly and professionally.
Was supposed to get a package just to find out they lost it and this horrible lady Sheryl or wtv was no help told me there’s nothing she could do and was extremely rude I don’t know were they find there employees but they need to do better this is unacceptable she needs fired now!!!!
SHERAL HOW EVER YOU SPELL IT YOU NEED TO BE FIRED!! MY WEDDING DRESS I TRIED ORDERING WITH MY MOM WAS SUPPOSED TO COME TODAY AND THEN YOU SAID ITS NOT EVEN IN THE TRUCK LIKE BE SO REAL RIGHT NOW. ALSO YOU REFUSED TO GIVE ME A MANGER OR ANY HELP. HONESTLY SHERAL YOU EITHER NEED TO GET FIRED OR QUIT YOUR JOB BECAUSE YOUR TERRIABLE AT IT AND ARE UNHELPFUL TO WERE EVEN YOUR CO WORKERS PROBABLY HATE YOU.
