I use UPS in the tri county area. The Salem store has the rudest woman working the front counter, I will never return there. It's a shame they just don't have her loading packages because she doesn't know about customer courtesy.

Encountered Tiffany at the UPS store today. What a friendly and accommodating person. Great customer service skills paired with a can do attitude. I had to return Spectrum equipment and had fun doing it.

Friendly, fast service with no issues. I see other people complaining but, it’s mostly due to the fact they are not following the instructions given to them. It’s helpful to just shut up and listen to the instructions that are being given to you.

If I could give this place zero , I would! The associates working here are utterly rude, especially the elderly woman! Upon entering the store she was sitting down, she gets up with a sour look on her face and when I show her my QR code she says " can't you see it says customer packs? " the thing I was returning was in it's original box that it came in but I guess she wanted more!
