I had one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at a UPS Store location regarding notary services. I scheduled a notary appointment online for June 23, 2025. The night before, I emailed my documents around 8:40 PM, requesting they be printed and ready for my appointment. When I arrived early, the employee (who wore no name tag) had no record of my email and only printed the documents after I pointed it out. The document was a business loan agreement. There staff is always soo helpful and knowledgeable, just very friendly and polite. Thank you UPS Store employees helping me return Amazon package and helping me navigate my phone.
I use UPS in the tri county area. The Salem store has the rudest woman working the front counter, I will never return there. It's a shame they just don't have her loading packages because she doesn't know about customer courtesy.
Encountered Tiffany at the UPS store today. What a friendly and accommodating person. Great customer service skills paired with a can do attitude. I had to return Spectrum equipment and had fun doing it.
