Has to mail a package with a return label, refused and said they couldn’t help with this. They wouldn’t help with the online or even the size and weight of the box, not sure what they are even there for if you can’t get a return labeled!
I have scheduled a notary service on several occasions, received confirmation email, arrived at the store to be told that there was no notary present for the day. The staff had no explanation of how I was able to schedule when there was no notary to be there that day. This seems like a pretty simple fix to not allow this service to be scheduled unless an actual notary is present at the time slot that is open online.
