Came in a little before closing and patiently waited in line. The employee rolled her eyes and spoke in a condescending tone, suggesting I could’ve used the self-scan drop-off so I wouldn’t have to wait. I’m fully aware of that option. My two boxes may have been small, but they contained over $1,500 worth of valuables. I’d rather have the peace of mind of a UPS employee scanning them and taking them to the back than leaving them in a self-service bin by the exit, which doesn’t feel secure at all. PLEASE consider reserving one the self-serve scanners for people with pre-printed labels on packages ready to go. I am so tired of standing in lines for 20 minutes while people package up their endless pile of Amazon returns while fumbling with their phones not knowing what to do. Those self serve kiosks used to be such a nice service and has now turned into an enormous pain because of all of these people using the area to package up returns while trying to find the QR codes on their phones, meanwhile the rest of us could've... read more
Terribly rude people working here. First the man behind the desk looked at me and my 6 year old and sighed loudly when we walked through the door. I tried to use self scanner and it said I could not, so a woman came to the deck and was snippy and rude when I asked if I could seal my package. She then loudly slapped the shipping label on, which made it crinkle up and not adhere correctly. Then says "here" in a nasty tone and hands me my receipt. Im return stuff today and they charge $4.88 just put the tape over the box and print only 1 label. Never happen other ups store.
Came in to return an Amazon package, I sent the return label to the email on their website the lady got an attitude told me it was the wrong email like sorry maybe put the correct email on your website first of all? Left me standing there with a line of people and kept taking person after person while I stood there luckily the other nice lady eventually came over to finish my order also while standing there I listened to her be rude and give an attitude to every single person in line… what a miserable person
