The staff refused to tape the top of a box for me. Said it was company policy. I went to FedEx Office center and they had tape out for patrons to use. They were also way friendly.
1050 UPS store at the Village at Pine is the nicest most efficient group of employees!
This is and has been historically, the best UPS location in the area. The people there are very kind and very helpful. They used to offer a $1 charge to tape a package, which was a great deal and very convenient. No issues. However today, I was told that is no longer something they offer and I have to buy a $6 role of packaging tape. Again, understandable and I purchased it with no problem.
