I stopped by to return some packages for my sister and recognized one of the employees who comes to my work and makes sure to mention they used to work there and expects special treatment. I was patiently waiting in line when a few ladies came in behind me. One of them went to the self serve kiosk and it didn’t work for her so she got back in line. It is so simple to take my returns to the store. I don't even have to box it up or try to attach a label to it. I just drop it off, they scan the code on my phone and I'm out of there in minutes.
Dakota was very knowledgeable and helpful, he made the process of shipping my items seamless.
