This lady was very rude since the beginning! Charged me $2.50 per page to print paper! Crazy!!!
I paid almost 90 dollars to have an item packaged. Was told, the item would arrive in the same condition its in.Thats in addition to another 100 for shipping. Item arrived completely destroyed. Claims department told me the store should refund the packaging. I took my receipt and tried to explain what happened and what I was told. Woman behind counter just keeps saying no. No no no.
