I have photos of the package when it was delivered to the recipient, and the photos show how the box was sliced open down the middle seam and then re-taped over at that same seam with ONE strip of tape. I taped the top of the box completely, every inch of it. Prompt service. Polite Customer service
They open packages! To your response: I went through every channel of UPS and the UPS Store, and no one contacted me. The only contact I was able to manage were my calls to customer service, despite giving them all my contact info. All I got was a refund! Nice way to sweep this matter under the rug! I have photos of the package when it was delivered to the recipient and photos of how the contents looked when delivered, which were much different than how I taped and packed the box.
