No clue why this place has such a low rating. I have been here over 5 times, and every time the associates are extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. Some of the associates have their hands tied with what corporate wants, so. It their fault. The renovation looks really nice too. Thanks to everyone there, all associates are great

They have been closed for remodelling for forever. Every day or two they update the sign with the date of reopening. Last time I came there were workers remodelling two days ago and the sign read will reopen on 2/20/2025. I come on that date and the sign reads 2/21/2025 with UPS employees sitting inside and won't open the door for me to ask them a simple question about when I should come in on a definitive date they will be operational (no workers were remodelling inside but I am not sure they were done).
