Dana and the staff were beyond exceptional. We had to send urgent documents to NYC with special instructions and return instructions and she knew exactly what we needed and helped us every step of the way. 5 stars isn't enough. Super fast, friendly, reassuring, and professional.
I have been to this location several times in the past month. Employees in this location are rude and make it seem like you are bothering them when you need a little extra help.
By far some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. The older woman consistently rolls her eyes after each customer as if no one else can see her face. Also service is very slow. Always a line waiting.
No clue why this place has such a low rating. I have been here over 5 times, and every time the associates are extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. Some of the associates have their hands tied with what corporate wants, so. It their fault. The renovation looks really nice too. Thanks to everyone there, all associates are great
