They have been closed for remodelling for forever. Every day or two they update the sign with the date of reopening. Last time I came there were workers remodelling two days ago and the sign read will reopen on 2/20/2025. I come on that date and the sign reads 2/21/2025 with UPS employees sitting inside and won't open the door for me to ask them a simple question about when I should come in on a definitive date they will be operational (no workers were remodelling inside but I am not sure they were done). Store closed 3 hours earlier than 5pm closing time. I called the store ahead before driving out 8 miles for packing supplies. They informed me that they would be closed at 5pm, but when I got there at 1:30pm, lights out, they were closed.
