I mailed two packages and put the wrong apartment number. The owner and staff helped me find my packages. They’re the best! Always patient, courteous and helpful. Because, of there fantastic service, I only ship from this location and UPS. Thank you for the amazing service!
We had an issue with a lost set of documents. UPS kept trying to claim the point of failure was at this store - this turned out not to be true. DESPITE this, the staff and management of this store bent over backwards trying to "make things right" even though they were NOT at fault. They were really accommodating and helpful and I appreciate them going the extra mile even when it became clear that they were unfairly blamed.
Even when busy, they do try to serve customers as rapidly as possible. Seems good customer service here!

Today, I wanted to extend my service for another year, but the company try to charge me a $22 late fee. They sent me several payment reminders, but nowhere was it indicated that I needed to pay more. Additionally, I visited the store multiple times, and no one mentioned it to me either. Considering that I've been a loyal customer for many years, it's disheartening to receive such treatment from the staff and company management. P.S.
