I had a really bad experience at this store. I print a lot of items and do so on a regular basis for my business. I was happy to use this store as it is convenient. I called my order in and got the lady owner. She was abrupt on the phone and told me she was alone and might be too busy to do my copies. I thought her a bit rude but gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then called me and abruptly told me my directions were unclear.
