Tried to call to ask if this store accepts deliveries. Nearly impossible to get past the robot answering machine that could not answer the question. Then the wait time for a human was 20 minutes.
This is the second year I have used this particular store when shipping books home to North Carolina. The prices are affordable, and the customer service is friendly and efficient. Today I was helped by Gill, who displayed both efficiency and kindness in the way he helped me package my order for shipping. He took great care to make sure the books were arranged in a way that would not damage them in transit while getting them all in the same box. The staff is very efficient. Today one man took care of 4 or 5 people with fairly complex requirements in ~5 min while another employee tended to other tasks. He did it with composure and courtesy. Fast moving lines are a good thing. I highly recommended this store.
