UPDATE 2025: This store has a new owner and it's apparent this owner cares about its customers and business. The place is fantastic. Employees are courteous and efficient. The place is clean and opens ON TIME. There is pride in this business and it shows. Highly Recommend. Review ammended. End Update. I will never return to this location. I walked in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon with my own packaging to ship back an item. The kid at the counter told me I needed a box because if I shipped it as is, I would have to pay $50. Huh? I went to another location and had no issue!!!! This kid clearly didn’t want to work!

The woman that helped us (I am so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was EXTREMELY helpful, patient and kind. She problem solved a difficult situation for us and went above and beyond to ensure our product got to our customer safely! We can’t thank her enough!

The young man working this morning is very polite and helpful. He greeted each customer, and he was professional. I was shipping something to another state. He had me in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.

I always have a great experience at this UPS Store, and Dora is a big reason why! She is friendly, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled smoothly. Her professionalism and positive attitude make every visit a breeze. Excellent customer service—thank you, Dora!
