I’ve been here twice and the staff members are super friendly, helpful, and patient! Both times I wanted to check my small bag so I didn’t have to carry it around while I was in the city for a few hours and they were honestly so nice and helpful with guiding me through the process and made drop off and pick up quick and easy! Shout out to them they are fantastic folks :)

This is a fantastic UPS store. If you are helped by Omar, you are seriously in good hands. He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and will ensure that your package gets delivered appropriately and handle any problems that happen along the way. We shipped several packages across the country and he helped us tape them together and send them out all at the same time so that they would also deliver at the same time. The service at this UPS store is fantastic and I’m really glad I shipped my packages with this store.
