What an amazing UPS store! As soon as I entered, the entire staff greeted me and offered assistance! My son assured me “63rd Street was the best UPS Store in Chicago for fast, efficient professional service!” Thank you for exceptional kindness and professionalism that made me smile!!
I went to a UPS Store to return an Amazon package and had a frustrating experience. It already feels like a bit of a hassle choosing a location just to handle a simple return, but what really bothered me was being charged $2 just to remove the top of the box.
