I was returning a MacBook to its leasing sender which required special documents, and they were so accommodating and willing to help find those documents and print them for me! Way better than the location over on Grand. I’ll definitely be coming here even if it’s a little farther out of my way!

Very good service. Sweet lady let me send a small USPS package that didn't fit through the postbox slot. It saved me so much time!
Shipped something where I dropped off a package and it got lost as the employees there told me to leave the package, and they will scan it and it was never scanned in as it is now lost. And now the company is asking me to pay for the price of the item. Worst experience ever my god. Always watch them scan it and make sure to get the receipt or else you might be next.
I can not say enough great things about this location. The folks here are so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in today with two giant boxes and an Amazon kiosk return. Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here.
