Clerk was very arrogant and condescending to the customer in front of me and to me. I will not be returning to this store for ups business.
Brought my box into the store to return to Zappos‘s and they wanted to charge me a dollar to put tape on the box. It probably cost them about five cents to put a piece of tape on a box. I’ll never be coming back here because they clearly don’t care about their customers.
Very efficient, helpful, and kind
This place is a joke. No one knows what is going on and the manager is super rude. My advice to him- If you don’t like your job, find something else. Life is too short to be angry and miserable.
