I'm in my 60s, and this is without a doubt, the best UPS facility I have ever used. This is the second time I've gone there. I no longer live in the area, but when I'm up visiting my family, occasionally I have to ship something back home. A little over a week ago I took some items that I did not have a box for. They went to the trouble to arrange my items in the most economical fashion possible. USE DIFFERENT LOCATION! They will charge you $1 to print out a call tag that they will scan to print out a sticker tags for a box anyway. I've never had to do this at any other location before and wanted to up charge me for a simple return......seems like a scam to me.
