Genuine helpfulness and friendliness from the staff member who helped me today. I had goofed up my Amazon return a bit and he very thoughtfully helped to untangle it and save me a trip back home. Kind man. Wish I caught his name.
Charged me 2 dollars for a piece of paper and then got snarky with me n told me to go to another ups.
My Fox River Grove UPS Store has the best staff ever! They are so friendly, fast and efficient. Whenever I stop there, which is pretty often, I feel like I’m stopping in to say hi to friends!
Immediate attention, and friendly staff make this my favorite UPS Store.
