Great service and friendly staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone there has been extremely helpful and polite! When I have had numerous boxes, they helped me to bring them in from my vehicle. They are my “go-to” UPS store.
I am very unhappy with the service that was provided at this UPS store specifically with the Express shipping option. I had a very important document that needed to be express shipped, and The man working here wrote the apartment number in the wrong spot, which delayed my package from being delivered from the promised “Friday by 5pm” to “Monday by 5pm”!!!!! It cost 75$ for express shipping and it was NOT express because of the employee making a mistake! I reached out to customer service and they were unhelpful, but this need... read more
