Charged me 2 dollars for a piece of paper and then got snarky with me n told me to go to another ups.
My Fox River Grove UPS Store has the best staff ever! They are so friendly, fast and efficient. Whenever I stop there, which is pretty often, I feel like I’m stopping in to say hi to friends!
Immediate attention, and friendly staff make this my favorite UPS Store.
If every business ran as efficient as the UPS / Amazon partnership, we would all benefit. I have never had any issues with any return
Good service helpful helped me pack my Amazon returns but made me pay a few bucks for packaging when it’s supposed to be free Amazon states no box required just a QR code which I had so idk maybe the employee was new but he was still professional and nice and helped me out but think he didn’t fully understand how the Amazon returns work guessing he’s new
