Tig and Max were very helpful, they packed up a box for me and helped me ship they were patient while I figured out how to buy the label from pirate ship. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, $1800 to ship internationally, I bought the label on pirate ship for $400. But that’s no reflection on the staff they were great! Would recommend.
I had a large package that needed to go overseas to Germany. Zile & Jaidy were so helpful and friendly. Zile was super patient when having to do the long list for the customs forms. I appreciate that he was able to answer my gazillion questions and concerns. Thank you for making this experience less stressful! I recently came into what is now "my UPS" with 30 packages to send out, majority of which did not yet have labels. Max was INCREDIBLE in helping me get them all out and quickly, while friendly and professional throughout the process. He made the process so smooth and pleasant, as I was a bit stressed about bringing so many packages in without labels! The customer service here is stellar, and my work and I will be using this location as "our UPS" from now on!!
