I had a large package that needed to go overseas to Germany. Zile & Jaidy were so helpful and friendly. Zile was super patient when having to do the long list for the customs forms. I appreciate that he was able to answer my gazillion questions and concerns. Thank you for making this experience less stressful!
Update. Today I screwed up my shipping with wrong address. Zile (sp) was very helpful in finding my package and corrected mistake before it went out. This saved me a big headache. He was very professional and helpful. Always get great service here. Lloyd and Ryder made my day. I had a lot to do and was behind. They solved all my problems and did it with a smile and efficiency. Nice to see service still exists.
They were so kind to take my USPS package as it would not fit in the USPS mailbox and there was no post office nearby! Great service going above and beyond.
The price of 1 page black n White print went from 50 cents to $5 !!! Every other UPS Store is $2.75
BB showed exceptional presence on what I needed for my packaging and got me set up in a matter of minutes and it was very painless and we will be shipping here again
