This location’s customer service is consistently top tier! Tig and Sarah always go the extra mile to make the shipping process efficient and painless. It’s my go to spot for Amazon returns, UPS shipping, and USPS drop offs — I’ve never waited in line as they’re extremely efficient. The manager here is awesome! (i wish i remembered how to spell his name, started with an F!) - this location has consistently been so helpful every time I visit, and today was no exception. I needed to print something urgently, and while FedEx had me waiting for over 15 minutes before even offering to help—and then another 10 minutes trying to figure out if their system was working—UPS stepped in and helped me right away, no hassle. I have been to this location (Store #5871) twice in the last couple of weeks and the seamless service here is consistently far above any other mail service store I have been to. The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful, especially Bibi and Jaidy. They are so friendly and made what would otherwise be a mundane experience, fun. I'm thankful to know they are to help with my various needs close to my apartment right here in the West Loop.
