Just left the store, one guy in the store running it faster and more efficiently than three people at other stores, would give ten stars if I could - thanks for all the help.
Writing another review as the response I received saying my package left the store is not correct. And my claim has still not been dealt with by UPS directly. Here is where we are. I keep being sent emails with no further communication other than I must provide a "release letter" in order for my claim of my lost item to be fulfilled. Well eBay won't provide one as it shows THE ITEM NEVER LEFT THIS STORE BEFORE IT WAS LOST. So they cannot say in good faith that it should have arrived there. Says there an Amazon drop off spot but they charged me $3 to do my return. Absolute rip off Edit: to address their response, it was an Amazon drop off. I pulled up the label in the Amazon app. Don’t trust these people, and don’t do business with them
