I went to UPS store at N Wacker Drive after 4:30 pm for Notary services for renewal of my Passport, even though it was late in the day. Bob was really very helpful and he helped me quickly and professionally, I had 7 pages to be notarized, but he kindly charged me only for 3 pages, which I really appreciated, that saved me with charges. Bob was awesome- very friendly, polite, calm and efficient, the whole process was smooth and quick. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference.
