Terry, the owner, was just outrageously rude to me. TWICE today he ordered me out of the store because I complained that Erika said she was sending my letter to the Chicago courthouse. I sent it certified, yet mysteriously it never made it there and I never received a receipt from the Couthouse. I gave him time to calm down and came back a couple hours later. Super pleased with the service and professionalism! I worked with David on packing and shipping a ceramic art piece. He was great with the communications and patient with my questions. The packing is secure and professional. I really appreciate the double packing and padding. The piece arrived in great shape. I would definitively use their services again!
The customer service was AMAZING!!!! The ladies here the day i visited this location were Erika and Quinn. They were both super kind and patient. I had my young daughter with me and they were so nice to her. I will return again!! THANK YOU FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Dropped off a shoe box at this store to ship out with my prepaid label and everything, and my package was all destroyed and messed up during transit where now the company won't refund me anymore. Disappointed in this ups store as I thought it would be a smooth transaction of return, but ended up not getting my money back. Watch out if you are shipping a shoe box, make sure you have it in a box before you shipping box to prevent loss of your item.
