I took a passport photo at this location that was not accepted when I attempted to renew my passport. I was only made aware after my purchase that they do not issue refunds for passport photos and that their digital passport photos are not “guaranteed for submission to agencies for passport use.” For any customers in the Rogers Park community and elsewhere, I would steer clear of this location and simply take the photo yourself.
I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Matt. He helped me with my passport photo and printed some important documents for me quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Matt went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!
I recently tried to ship a package with UPS. I already had a prepaid shipping label, but when I dropped it off, I was told I needed to pay more—without a clear explanation.
