The store manager was outstanding and went above and beyond in helping my wife and I with our notary and document witness needs. He was just a pure pleasure to work with and clearly cared.
Horrible service. Terrible experience. We scheduled a notary appointment, but upon arrival, we were informed that the manager — the only person with the notary license — had forgotten about our appointment and left.
The two guys in there working are some really cool guys awesome to deal with That's how it should be when you go to a UPS location and they take care of you I would highly recommend the store at 21720 West Long Grove road two guys in there are awesome and I think they deserve a raise and I don't even know these guys is my first time in there thank you very much
