I would give this store zero stars if I could. Two different shipments - my tax documents(!) were lost and never arrived at my accountant; an Amazon return sent the same day also was never received and I was not able to secure a refund but also do not have the item anymore either. When I spoke to staff at the school they were INCREDIBLY DISMISSIVE and said, “Well, it seems UPS has lost a customer now. I’m glad I don’t work for UPS.” What’s happening with shipments from this UPS store? Will definitely never use this location ... read more
This location is CLOSED fyi. No signage about a new location, just hoping to save someone else a useless trip there!
Best ups in the city!
Horrible customer service. Only available to deliver packages during normal business hours when most people work. Are you pay extra to hold your package.
