I'm so pleased with the service I received here on 12/29/2025. After a disastrous visit to FedEx across the street a few moments earlier, I walked in UPS and was met with a huge smile and a friendly greeting. I was already upset with the service I received across the street, but this employee told me she could take care of my needs with no problem.
