The young girl who helped us took her time getting info from Amazon to print out a label for sending. The only info from Amazon was to go to a UPS store thank you for having a girl who was patient with two old people. When we left she brought out my phone which I left at the store. Give Her ten stars for doing a great job

I had an important document I needed faxed or mailed. Ivy was very patient and helpful, although my fax didn't go through. Afterwards, Devin helped me mail the letter instead. I always choose to go to UPS for my delivery or office needs. The employees are always helpful! Thank you, guys!!!
