Computers are down so you can't return Amazon packages. They say it could be weeks or even months to get back online!
In the past couple months I’ve tried to do Amazon returns and every time their excuse is their system is offline— I think they just don’t want to deal with qr codes since they have to package and label the returns. Trash
I walked into the store and was informed in a very off putting way that I couldn’t park my bike in front of the store window. I don’t mind being accomodating but the staff member was so weird and rude that I just left and rode away. From these other reviews it sounds like I wouldn’t have been able to ship my package anyway so I guess I dodged a bullet.
Garbage.
I feel like if you can’t print labels, and your printer never works, you should at least turn the phone on so I can call and find that out, and take down the very large WE PRINT sign in the window.
