Usually this store is great but today they were out and closed before 7. Not respectful of store hours listed. Very upsetting
I try to sent a package to Mexico, and they ask for my social security number, no social no service, my question is only they ask for social security to Hispanic people?
I have always found this location to be helpful, and all the associates were friendly and customer-oriented. However, this time when I came to send out a package, one associate in the morning was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions, while another associate later was rude, impatient, and not customer-oriented. The way he spoke was extremely unwelcoming, and I hope someone will explain to him how to properly communicate with customers. The employee with the glasses was unnecessarily mean when I asked fairly reasonable questions about the prices. We came at around 6:45 PM and they close at 7. He got super defensive and told me to go to another store if I didn’t like the prices so he could avoid shipping my boxes. He was not friendly at all and extremely rude. I will not be back. Also, this location price gouges to all hell.
