As part of a local small business, I called to see if there could be any discounts given to our business account pricing. One owner said he needed to talk to his co-owner and we set up an in-person meeting for the following week. He and I never spoke again. Norma met with me. I showed her a print-out of my business account pricing--crossed out original pricing($119.38), advertised business account pricing ($31.04), screen shot from our business account--and she said she could do a 20% discount.
