I went there today to send a package out. In addition to the package, the employee helped me with some Amazon purchases, and forgot to charge me to send out my package. I get a phone call an hour after I had already left and they told me they forgot to charge me for the package. They said I had to pay them over the phone, or come back to the store, otherwise they will not send out my package. Been using this location for years. Two new employees, one manager, harassing customers about packaging, not wearing name badges, and appear to might be selling unauthorized packaging of their own making.

Had to print label in store and the charge was $4.77 for one piece of A4 paper, its .25 cents everywhere to print a page. Most other ups stores I printed before was free.

Прийшовши в магазин щоб повернути товар, побачила двох чоловіків один з них підійшов до мене і хотів допомогти, оскільки я не дуже добре розмовляю англійською, але в той час інший працівник по імені Стів був дуже не доброзичливий до людей. У моїй ситуації він вимагав додаткової наклейки на повернення , якої не було в моєму акаунті на повернення, я показала йому декілька разів свій штрихкод на повернення, але він стверджував що потрібен ще один, коли я вийшла з магазину і пішла в інший UPS мені повернули без проблем з тим штр... read more
