Came in to send a book to my sister in Oakland California. Nick was so nice and helpful! I’m really glad I came to this location… Will tell my friends how lovely they are here!
Extortionists under a fake name. I had a UPS package sent to their address for pick up, and they charged me a ten dollar 'storage fee' when I was there as it came off the truck. They claimed they are not UPS, but a franchise that gives them an extortion license. The inclusion of 'UPS' in their name is a deceptive fraud.

Very nice and efficient I had issues copying. My fault and it worked out. And he helped. Nice guy. Also they notarize!
