Mr. ABE YAGHMOUR IS THE BEST MANAGER. THERE IS. HE HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. AND HAS TRAINED HIS ENTIRE STAFF TO DELIVER THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE WHEN HE IS OFF. ABSOLUTELY THE BESY IN THE CHICAGO AND NORTH SUBURBS.
I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.
