Terrible, is the only way to describe my experience. Gave me a written quote for shipping two expensive packages, and the next day would not honor it. No apology, no compromise. Refused to call the store owner to resolve problem. The store owner never returned my calls. Don't waste your time at this place!!!
Horrible customer service!!!!! They completely screwed up a package I was sending to the Dominican Republic for my wedding. In the end it never made it in time and the sole reason was an error made by the employee and they refuse to correct the problem!
