5 stars easily. This is the only UPS Store go to. Period. They're open later than most, and being open on both Saturday and especially Sunday is a huge plus. The staff is always friendly and laid back, management has given me genuinely useful shipping advice, and they have two self service Amazon return kiosks. Two!! Most UPS Stores don't even have one, so you're usually in and out without even needing to chat with anyone. They even do giveaways every now and then.
