She refused to give her name and I’m with my children, all I wanted was to return my fashion nova packages and as it was my first time doing so through fashion nova she was very rude when asked how to package- manager was very kind and made up for the bad experience I had at the beginning but she did not apologize and denied having a rude customer service tone. I didn’t argue and just asked for manager I hope no one has a bad experience with her
