great workers they helped out tremendously
Sophie was so incredibly helpful in coordinating shipping & printing for me in preparation for a big meeting I had in the O'Hare Hilton.
It’s criminal what this UPS store charges to drop off a package inside the Hilton airport hotel. They charged me $45 which is more than I even paid for a pre-paid shipping label!! Avoid them like the plague!
We stayed at the Hilton the night before our flight, a Friday. We had 2 framed pictures that I thought we could get on the plane. Unfortunately they were too big. Upon the suggestion of the front desk employee, we left them there for the UPS store to ship out on Monday. The store called me Monday to give me an update and ask if how quickly I needed them, I didn't need them fast just needed them to get to me safely as the sentimental value was very high. This experience was amazing!! I was at the Conference on Poverty and Basic Needs and need to ship some items I received from vendors and Sophie really made me feel at ease. Her social skills and customer service were impeccable. Thanks Sophia all the way from Nee Jersey
