Owner or whoever the cashier is is very rude. Lectured us because we didn’t know we had to tape a box like we were children. If you can find a different UPS store I would go there and avoid this one.
Hard to believe Hanif Sattar is the Store Mgr at this location. He has terrible customer skills and extremely rude. When I asked who he reports to and the name of the area manager, he started yelling at me and said, "he has no idea who it is." Clearly he doesn't want to take any accountability. Like other reviewers here, I've had multiple negative customer experiences with him, but now I'm finally calling it out publicly.
