Stay away from this location if you can. Nothing works here. The people are very incompetent and technically challenged. But they will gladly charge you arm and a leg!

I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt compelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package. It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). I attempted to get assistance with looking up a package that was sent from your store, but I was informed that your team does not provide this service. Additionally, I have tried calling multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered.
