I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt compelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package. It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). I am reaching out regarding an issue I recently encountered at your UPS Store location. I attempted to get assistance with looking up a package that was sent from your store, but I was informed that your team does not provide this service. Additionally, I have tried calling multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. Can I leave 0 stars? The owner of the store is an absolute disgusting person to deal with. He botched my kids passport pictures and refused to refund the money. Called twice and he told me he'd call back and he never did. Horrible exper, please stay away from the store on Dempster.
