I always have a great experience at this UPS location! The employees are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They always provide excellent customer service, patiently answer any questions, and are happy to help whenever needed. It’s a pleasure to come here because you always feel welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and great service. Highly recommend this location!

***DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS HERE*** I would be weary of this location since when you do returns, they do not properly put single items in bags but instead just fold the label with the item and tie it with a rubberband. I don't understand how the label and item will stay together in a bin full of items where the label can easily just be dislodged from the product without being put into a clear bag (like all other UPS Stores do) and the label being properly stuck onto to the bag and sealed. I’m assuming that the man working is also the Owner; because how can any employer allow their staff to wear this much cologne in such an enclosed space? It is so obnoxious and nauseating. I tried to go there last night and I could not even wait in the line because it was so overpowering. I had to return today because after checking 8 different UPS stores no one had the perfect size box except this location.
