I’ve ordered several customer posters in all sizes for bridal shower, wedding party, and this UPS always executed. Desiree is phenomenal at customer service, when my poster was misaligned she was working on it the next morning. Nancy and Mario are excellent too, where Nancy has helped numerous times when things go wrong to proactively inform the right team members next day.
