Every time I visit this location, I’m consistently disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I’m never greeted, and the staff rarely acknowledges my presence. This morning was particularly unpleasant—when I walked in and said “good morning,” the woman with pigtails responded with a smug expression and didn’t even make eye contact. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was far from welcoming. It’s disappointing to see how much this place lacks in terms of customer care.
Scanning documents at this store is NOT SECURE! At this store, they scan the document to their files, then email it to you. The file is not deleted until end of day - and only the manager can delete. This must be the worst system ever. They don't explai this up front. So, they took the document and scanned it. I questioned it - "don't you need my email address"? That's when i learned what the system was.
