This store is AMAZING and I’m very happy to be a customer and consumer of this UPS Store.
I needed faxing service last minute. I entered the store twenty minutes before closing. A young man, TJ welcomed me with a warm smile and politeness. TJ explained it would take a few minutes, shared what the cost would be and engaged in small chat. He provided me with a confirmation, asked if I had any questions. TJ was an absolute professional and made a stressful situation less stressful. I hope management knows how valuable TJ is to this company. Thank you, TJ.
