I am a frequent UPS customer and visit different ones at different times depending on where life takes me that day and even in Chicago area. I have to say Lucas at this Downers Grove location went above and beyond and definitely exceeded my everyday expectations. No other location has provided the service and positive attitude that he displayed at this location. We live in a world of quick negative feedback to be shared and not enough positive feedback. Have only had good experiences at this UPS location! Was here tonight and the two younger guys working were doing a great job despite a long line of rude customers. They deserve a raise.

Do not waste your time going here! Awful unfriendly staff. Would not let me throw out garbage in their trash when shipping something bc they didn’t have the room for it. Needed help printing a label and they told me no. Drive past this place and go elsewhere

My husband shipped a package with the UPS store in Downers Grove on Sunday (for overnight shipping). It was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. On Monday morning, when I checked the tracking, the app showed that the "new number" was not in the system yet. Since I had the receipt in my hand, it should have shown that the label had been created so I was a little freaked out.
