Friendly and fast
I am so disappointed with their service. They never check for ID's.Due to their lack of responsibility, someone took my package. This is unacceptable.
I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional every single time I come in. They are very quick at getting me in and out, which I really appreciate because my schedule is usually very busy. What stands out most is how courteous and personable everyone is. I have been coming to this location to drop off packages, but my recent experience was very concerning. A employee handling packages appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures. Despite multiple packages being clearly marked as “Fragile,” I observed him throwing them onto the floor after scanning.
