Brought in a small package, girl brought out a 12x12x12 box and we both stared at it awkwardly as we saw it flopping around inside. I asked her for a smaller box (10x10x10), which was more than enough room, then asked for some bubble wrapping to help stabilize it. Girl had told me that the 12x12x12 box was $6, and told me it would be $26 (apparently that was shipping alone, without the box). Best UPS Store I’ve ever been to. No matter how long the line is, it’s always an easy in and out. I needed a couple pieces of shipping tape, and the kind gentleman behind the counter gave them to me free of charge. In a world where it feels like we're charged for every breath, that kind of small kindness was unexpected and exactly why I keep coming back, both for business and personal needs. They treat people like people, and that makes all the difference.
