I can't understand how you could terminate Greg and Malcolm. I didn't mind spending a dollar for an Amazon return. l went there because of them I tried to email corporate but of course no response. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
I recently in to ship a package, as I normally do, and I’ve been going to this location for the past at least 5 years. I choose to bring my business to this store because of the super helpful and welcoming staff, Malcolm and Greg. This last trip in, neither of them were in the store. I inquired with the guy working at the time, and he said that they were both fired for no reason. This is super upsetting to me, as these two were a main part of my experience in the UPS Store.
