I came into the store not knowing what to do with a package that I needed to return to Amazon and with just showing them the email they took care of everything and did everything for me. They also knew many people by name as they came in and greeted them which shows how friendly they are.
Delivery does not notify for signatures if you live in apartments
Brought in a small package, girl brought out a 12x12x12 box and we both stared at it awkwardly as we saw it flopping around inside. I asked her for a smaller box (10x10x10), which was more than enough room, then asked for some bubble wrapping to help stabilize it. Girl had told me that the 12x12x12 box was $6, and told me it would be $26 (apparently that was shipping alone, without the box).
