I have been coming to this location to drop off packages, but my recent experience was very concerning. A employee handling packages appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures. Despite multiple packages being clearly marked as “Fragile,” I observed him throwing them onto the floor after scanning. It is a clean and convenient UPS Store at Danada Square West Shopping Center, Wheaton, IL. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I came into the store not knowing what to do with a package that I needed to return to Amazon and with just showing them the email they took care of everything and did everything for me. They also knew many people by name as they came in and greeted them which shows how friendly they are.
