Every time I go there they refuse the “packaging” while every other location accepts with no issues. AVOID this place to safe time.
Please answer the phone while you’re at work or take off your automated system that states your notary is available everyday during business hours.
I never like to complain, my dad came in a couple weeks ago and they were rude to him. Today I went in and the lady working there is unprofessional and rude. She embarrass us in front of a line of customers. I was respectful with a greeting of good morning and her response was “is this the original box” I said “yes”. She continued to state to me it is not the original box and that they are picky at that location. It was the original box, I ripped the fedex shipping label at the store. Box was intact as well.
