Exceptionally well at packing! Second to none for Customer Service! Wonderful to talk with at every level! They do all they can to make sure you are looked after! Best experience I've ever had with any shipping outlet!
They have zero knowledge of THEIR computer for printing and even less desire to help, if that’s even possible. Spent 15 minutes there trying to get an email attachment to print, but could only get the original email page. I asked for help several times and it fell on deaf ears even though the place was empty except for me and an occasional customer. Petite gal behind the counter had a nasty attitude and didn’t mind me knowing it. Fire her!
I came here to get notaries done. When I called the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend coming to this location for your UPS needs
The employees are a little slow. But the store is clean. It's best to get in early so you don't have to wait.
