I always have really positive experiences at this UPS. They are always friendly and efficient. Today, a woman was being trained and both she and her trainer were kind throughout the process. It was nice to see the patience of the trainer and eagerness to learn from the trainee.
Kind, courteous, fast & professional customer service people. Always smiling & always helpful.
On the phone message for notaries it says “come in anytime - all our staff are certified notaries” and, in fact they only work certain hours. Call beforehand to make sure they’re on hand.
I had the wrong label on my package and the clerk helped me tremendously by letting me know that I could use the computer, free of charge to access my email to obtain and print the correct label. Saved me from having to come back! So grateful! 😊
