I'm not sure whether to give 3 stars or 2. I had to ship a 24" LCD to my brother in California. It was in it's original packaging but the box had a hole in it so I thought it would be better to purchase another box and put the original box inside of that. The big box cost like $17! Okay, it was an unusually large box so I'm fine with that. Jenny, who helped me, was pleasant and packaged the TV in the big box and rung me up for $50 something for UPS ground plus the cost of the box. Great, grand and wonderful.
